The Lost Woods are found in most of the games as variations of the name Lost Woods, such as Wood of Mystery and generally have the same music theme. In the "Ocarina of Time", it is implied that if one gets lost in the Lost Woods, he or she turns into a Skull Kid. If you get through the woods without getting lost, you can find the Sacred Forest Glade, which houses the Forest Temple. After Link leaves the Kokiri Forest and returns to find his friend Saria, Kaepora Gaebora the friendly owl tells him to use his ears to find the Glade. This simply means the music gets louder as Link approaches the correct entrance to the next room, and quiet when he's going the wrong way. When Link returns to the Glade as an adult, instead of finding his childhood friend blithely playing away on an Ocarina, he learns the Minuet of Woods to return to that spot at any time.
In "Twilight Princess", you end up in a glade and find the Master Sword (in the Sacred Grove) after madly following a silly little imp around. Instead of the Forest Temple, which is adjacent to the entrance of the Sacred Grove, the Grove houses the Temple of Time, where Link finds the Dominion Rod.
